Declarable allergens: Alpha-isomethyl-ionone, Benzyl benzoate, Citronellol, Coumarin, Geraniol, Hexyl cinnamal.

For external use only, avoid contact with the eyes, if irritation occurs discontinue use, do not use on broken or irritated skin.

Lather generously, rinse, pat dry and enjoy luxuriously soft cleansed skin with no tightness as none of your natural oils have been stripped.

If the product accidentally gets into your eyes then rinse immediately in clean water.

In order to prolong the life of your handmade organic bar please store in a tray that drains and allows it to air dry, as if left in water it will go soft and melt away, so drain & allow to dry after use.

All bars are for external use only.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.

We accept collection orders and require 24 hour notice for this in order to prepare your order.

We do attend farmers markets local to Chichester - details of which will be on the website if you would rather buy direct and in person.

We want all our customers to be 100% happy with our products.

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, however, if there are any issues with our products we are happy to discuss the matter with you and come to a mutual agreement. You can contact us for any question at lovemotherearth.skincare@gmail.com.

We do appreciate that on the rare occasion items can arrive damaged or unusable due to transit and in such rare cases we we are happy to consider refunds upon receipt of photographs clearly showing the damaged items in the original packaging.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your images, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
